Northstar Youth Ranch is a safe place for at-risk youth and their families to find support, respite,  encouragement, and recreation in a rural setting through a 4-H club  which includes projects in community service, animal care, horsemanship, gardening and life skills

Leadership Training and Mentoring

Activities to strengthen the family bond

Recreational events for youth

One-on-one mentoring

A clothing closet for foster families, kinship families and anyone else in need
 

What You Can Do

Our programs are completely free of charge for the families and we are always looking for volunteers.  Together, we can accomplish far more than we ever could alone.  Everyone has a unique gift that can be used to make a difference in someone's life.  See How You Can Help for suggestions as how you, too, can make a difference.
